If your application for enrolment is accepted, we will issue you a letter of offer and agreement in relation to your study at JHIT in your intended course(s). You will need to read the offer and agreement carefully before accepting it, as this is a legally binding document and accepting this means you are accepting the offer along with the associated terms and conditions.
Once you agree with the course terms and condition of the offer, you need to accept it by signing and with the offer acceptance the course dates, terms and conditions, fees and payment plan are finalised.
At this stage, you need to make the initial payment of the course fee upfront to JHIT. We will advise you on the minimum amount you need to pay and the instructions on how to make the payment in that offer letter.
Once you have sent us the signed offer and agreement and paid the minimum upfront fee, we will issue you a Confirmation of Enrolment certificate (COE) to confirm you about your enrolment into your selected course(s). You will need this certificate to apply for your student visa.
This health insurance is also called Overseas Health Cover or (OSHC). You can get the insurance from an Australian health insurance provider in Australia by contacting them or you can ask us to organise your OSHC by indicating that in the application form.
You will receive a health insurance certificate from your insurance provider. You will need that certificate while applying for your student visa.
You will need a visa to come to Australia and study. Please visit Department of Home Affairs website for information about this visa, it’s requirements, fees, how to apply etc. You can apply for a visa from that website, or you take assistance from one of our agent for your visa application.
If your visa application is not successful you can re-apply for visa, or you can apply for a refund of the fees you paid to us. Your paid tuition fee will be refunded as per the payment and refund policy of JHIT.
Before the course commences, we will invite you for orientation by email. Usually, the invitation is sent 1 or 2 weeks before the course start date. You need to keep an eye on your inbox along with the spam folders during that time for the invitation. If you have not received the invitation, you need to contact JHIT. We will undertake an induction in that orientation program and your course will commence.
Non-attendance in the orientation may result in cancellation of your enrolment.
